Specialized Pathways

Recruiting-focused tracks

Varies by pathway

Specialized Pathways are focused educational tracks for students actively navigating recruiting. You can apply to one pathway aligned with your target career: Investment Banking, Private Equity, Asset & Wealth Management, or Entrepreneurship/VC.

Modeled after our Equity Research training approach, each pathway combines structured learning with practical assignments and soft-skill reps (communication, interviews, and professional polish). By the end of the program, participants should be sharper, faster, and meaningfully more confident in recruiting.

Common structure across all pathways

  • Focused sessions led by experienced members and mentors
  • Hands-on assignments built around real recruiting tasks
  • Peer review and feedback loops to improve output quality
  • Interview readiness support: storytelling, technicals, and behavioral reps
