For the Spring 2026 season, we are excited to announce the availability of two distinct roles that we are actively recruiting for:

Equity Research Trainees

Equity Research Trainees are actively completing BLK’s Education Program, sharpening their financial acumen, preparing for recruiting season, and gearing up to make meaningful contributions as BLK Analyst upon successful completion of the Education Program. This role places a strong emphasis on both professional and educational growth, granting Equity Research Trainees priority access to BLK initiatives and networking opportunities.

No experience necessary. Recommended for underclassmen looking to gain more experience.

Specialized Pathways

We’re excited to launch a new educational initiative this cohort! Students currently navigating the recruiting process can apply to one of two specialized pathways: Investment Banking and Private Equity. Modeled after our successful Equity Research Trainee Program, participants will engage in focused educational sessions, complete hands-on assignments, and build the core technical and behavioral skills needed to excel. By the end of the program, students will be interview-ready and empowered to pursue a career in their chosen field.

Recommended for sophomores and above looking to grow in finance.

Who We're Looking For

Educational Status: Currently enrolled in full-time education, irrespective of the specific academic level, institution, or location.
Passion: A strong and active interest in the field of finance.
Personality: Individuals who exhibit leadership qualities, demonstrate self-motivation, and are driven to instigate positive change.

No experience in finance is required or expected!
